Allergy Meds as a tracking device

We were sitting around the breakfast table the other day and chatting about the upcoming allergy season.
The comment was made as how difficult it is to get a decongestant at the drugstore of any strength. You have to show ID and sign and they track your purchases across stores and locations to make sure you are not buying too much.

It was then that someone's light bulb sparked to full strength when they said,

"I get it now! We just have to wait until Osama bin Laden has a bout of allergies and we'll know exactly where he is. Very sneaky!"

Brilliant!
